Insurance companies do a lot of advertising over "why them". I will claim that actions talk volumes over slogans and brochures. And State Farm is giving me the assurance that I need; largely based on Teresa Chapman and her team.

This last year I had hail damage on my roof. I went in through the State Farm app and logged a claim. Within the next day I had an email from Teresa's office: Sorry to hear you have damage; let us know if you need any assistance (along with all the Point of Contact info). I was working with a roofing company and going through the process and it seemed to get slow. (Vicious hurricanes in NC and FL seemed to be impacting the progress.).

I reached out to Teresa's office with my concerns and "wow", the State Farms National Claims office contacted me within 24 hours. ... Was actively updating my claim and we were moving forward. Teresa's office stayed very engaged every step of the way from that point forward. Even to the point of they reached out to me when I hadn't deposited a substantial State Farm check and they wanted to make sure that I had received the check and that everything was okay.

Teresa Chapman's office isn't an insurance office that wants to just "up" your policy and get your premium payment; they want to take care of you and give you the peace of mind that they have your back when times go bad.
